Onboarding Process

1. Submit Application — fill in the vendor form with company and product details.
2. Review — initial review completed within 3–5 business days.
3. Listing — once approved, we help complete product info and multilingual materials.
4. Go Live — sign the agreement and start receiving orders and settlements.

Requirements

• Legally registered company or individual developer;
• Software products with independent intellectual property;
• Ability to provide basic after-sales and technical support;
• No infringing or non-compliant content.

Fees & Settlement

Onboarding is free. The platform charges a percentage-based service fee on completed transactions, per the cooperation agreement. Settlement runs monthly (T+30).

How long until my product is listed?

With complete materials, review and listing usually take 3–5 business days.

Which settlement currencies are supported?

CNY settlement is supported; overseas business can be converted at the platform exchange rate.
