- Trial / inquiry forms: contact details and requirements
- Order info: invoice & payment details (full card numbers handled by payment provider, not stored by us)
- Reviews & interactions: comments, ratings and likes on product pages
1.2 Automatically Collected
- Access logs: IP, browser, OS, time, pages visited
- Cookies: see our Cookie Policy
- Approximate location: country-level, inferred from IP, for localized recommendations
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the platform (account, personalized recommendations)
- Process trial requests, orders, inquiries; relay to vendors
- Send service notifications, security alerts, opted-in newsletters (unsubscribe anytime)
- Analyze usage to optimize UX and content
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only in these cases:
- Software vendors: when you request a trial/purchase, necessary contact info is forwarded to that vendor
- Payment processors: Stripe / Alipay / WeChat Pay
- Cloud infrastructure: AWS, Aliyun for hosting (compliant providers)
- Analytics: Google Analytics etc. (anonymized)
- Legal requirements: in response to lawful requests
4. Data Storage & Cross-Border Transfer
Data is primarily stored in Hong Kong. For EU users, we apply GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for cross-border transfers. Mainland China user data is handled per PIPL.

6. Data Retention
- Account info: until you delete your account
- Orders / invoices: 7 years per tax law
- Access logs: anonymized after 90 days
- Unsubscribed users: only email hash kept for dedup
7. Security
- Site-wide HTTPS (TLS 1.2+)
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt
- Sensitive data AES-256 encrypted
- Regular security audits
- Least-privilege employee access
8. Minors
This platform serves enterprise users and does not offer services to anyone under 18. If we identify a minor account, it will be deleted immediately.
9. Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice. See the last-updated date at the top.
