Welcome to HUACODE (the "Platform"), operated by HK Tentacle Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

HUACODE is an enterprise software supply chain platform offering:

• Display, search and comparison of third-party SaaS, source code and custom development
• Free trial requests, subscription purchases, partner program matching
• Industry insights blog and selection guides

We act as an information intermediary. Software products are provided by independent third-party vendors with whom we have partnerships but operate separately.

2. Account & Responsibility

• Provide accurate and complete information; keep it updated
• You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials
• Contact us immediately if your account is compromised
• No impersonation, mass registration, or automated scraping

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Platform Content

Original content (UI design, articles, product categorization) is owned by us. Without written permission, you may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or commercialize
• Decompile, scrape, or mirror

3.2 Third-Party Content

Product names, logos, descriptions, screenshots are licensed by their vendors and remain their property.

4. User Conduct

You may not:

• Post illegal, false, harassing, fraudulent or infringing content
• Maliciously attack the Platform or other users
• Bypass technical protection measures
• Abuse APIs or automated crawlers causing system load
• Violate any laws of PRC / HKSAR / your jurisdiction

5. Third-Party Product Disclaimer

All software products on the Platform are provided by third-party vendors. We do not warrant functionality, performance, compliance, or availability.

• Your contract with the vendor stands independently
• Product issues should be addressed directly with the vendor
• We assist with communication within reasonable scope

6. Payment & Refunds

• Currency and prices as displayed on the Platform
• Payments processed by Stripe / Alipay / WeChat Pay
• Refund policies are set by individual vendors; we facilitate but do not directly refund
• Free trials may be cancelled anytime

7. Changes and Termination

• We may adjust, suspend or terminate services from time to time; material changes will be notified
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
• You may request account deletion via support@huacode.com

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive damages from use or inability to use the Platform
• Business interruption, data loss, lost profits caused by third-party products
• Service interruption due to force majeure

Our cumulative liability shall in no event exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on-site or emailed. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the Platform; continued use means acceptance.
