What gift card types does the system support?

Physical cards, e-cards and card-number configurations are all supported. When adding a gift card in the admin console you choose the card type, and the effective period can be set as fixed validity, a validity period, or no expiry.

How are card codes generated and distributed in bulk?

Create a batch in the admin console with a batch name and quantity. You can set a card prefix or import a card number list file. Codes and QR codes are then downloaded per batch for unified printing and distribution, and the batch list shows card type, quantity, bound product, face value, status and created date.

How do recipients redeem a card?

Two ways: enter the card number in the Mini Program, check the card and redeem immediately, or have the store scan the code to verify and complete redemption. The redemption view shows face value, available balance, card number, valid until, card type and usage rules.

Can a gift card be transferred to someone else?

Yes. Transfer and sharing are supported, so recipients can pass a gift card on to someone else. Redemption records for transferred cards remain visible in the admin console.

Which card statuses can be tracked in the admin console?

Card statuses distinguish available, partially redeemed, redeemed and expired, and batches also show a generating state. Gift card list, order records and redemption records are managed separately and can be filtered by batch.

How are products and redemption quantities bound to a card?

When adding a gift card you bind products and pick a category, then configure unit price, cost price, face value and redemption quantity — quantity can also be set to unlimited, so one card can redeem a single item or multiple items.
